well I;m tried, as usual. well time to update.....

Pretty much I've been at my girlfriend/not girlfriend/best friend/pretned sister's house, just chillen for about the only 30 minutes i had this week that wasnt dedicated to either trying to hustle or getting a job. Man I need me some money, cause I have no clue how I will afford next semester. My mom is very strict on me not taking loans, but it looks like since some bitch(long story) wanted to give me a grade that lowered my GPA to .0001 away from keeping Hope. (bitch)

Well a small funny story today

I was driving my sister's old car (96' Plymouth Breeze, it's soon to be mine, and goodbye to the cutlass, soooooo sad) and I noticed this girl brushin her hair in the car in front of me while looking behind me in the mirror. So just so everyone knows I ALWAYS drive 10 mph over the speed limit, and somehow we were next to each other, and she was trying to catch speed with me. IT was funny to watch, cause she was trying to yell out the window(speaker blasted in the breeze), drive, and look cute at the same time. One of those was not going to happen, so she stopped yelling. She looked cute, but young at the same time.

Went to the mall today, and got a few glances, which has nothing to do with what I'm about to tell ya, but you know lol. Well I'm sitting waiting on my girlfriend/not girlfriend/best friend/ pretned sister and I happened to be sitting next to the esclator. Now everyone knows tha tyou can catch some sights comin down the esclator. Well I decided since I was bored might as well look( like every guy would). Well I look up and there come this fat lady that went on. Her shirt didn't go past her belly button, and she seriously had just a roll of fat that hung out. A huge fat of fat( Embarrasing amount) hangning out almost like she was about to take her shirt off (EWWWWW lol), but it was hypotizing, almost like watch the ocean, just jiggling, waving lol. Nasty but put me in a trance. LOL

Chapter One from Talk Sing,Walk Dance

            One day I’ll go to Africa. I still haven’t forgotten the pains of earlier times. New technology and laws got me feeling low. The future would be a scary thing for our ancestors, but I’ve learned to live in these times. The ghettos and “neighborhoods” are clearly separated; even black and white "neighborhoods" have their borders. A lot do not realize that every person has struggles; they just differ from person to person. The problems of one can mean the world to another, for example, the death of a dog is nothing to some, but to spoil kids that never seen death, it means the world.

            Depression is a tricky demon. It knows how to hide itself from the public, making it a distinctive part of the personality. It can either live forever or dwell within for a short time, but it affects so deeply.

            All of these thoughts run through my mind before I step into a studio. Rap music is my life, but I am only but an amateur, rapping in basements just to get my messages heard. A lot of times, I know this life can’t be positive nor will it be easy. Shady friends and business associates fill that so-called glorious life always put on the television. I can only guess because a full stomach is a feeling that I never experienced, just heard about. Money is sacared in my wallet, although I do what I can to get by.

            If I go home, I see my girl, and then I call my love. Sneaky is a key part in our relationship. I stay with one chick for finance, but my heart belongs to another. She’s held my heart for a long time, but I have to make money first.

            Sorry, my mind drifts from time to time, to dreams, maybe images, sometimes sounds. Creating this music means the world to me, and I won’t accept any lower.

             I go inside this makeshift studio. The floors are grey with concrete and the smell is of coldness, usually found in New York. Our “studio” is nothing more than a computer with a microphone attached into a tiny booth, covered by a blanket. My producers are just the group of rebels that I happen to call my friends throughout high school. In school, I was the only one making good grades, and "good" meaning passing. Every weekend, we would show up at the leader of the group, Chris’s, house and record a few tracks, just for listening, not for profit.

            As I walk down those familiar stairs, I hold brochures given to me earlier by an army recruiter. I know this can’t be making any kind of support money to help me raise a family. I tuck them away in my jacket, before I speak. “What’s going on?” I say to make everything seem alright.

            “Not much nig”

            “Nothing cuz”

            “Shit.”

            My three high school friends are sitting on a couch, nicely fitting in the corner across from the computer. Posters on the wall show the few that seceded in our choice of career, people like Bob Marley, Nas, Rick James.

            “When you hitting the microphone” Says Chris ready for a positive response. “Give me a minute, I just got here.” I reply thinking of many rhymes over in my head. “Well hurry up, It took you so long to get here” replies Chris, I just give him a slight stare.

“Okay you ready?”

“Yea, been ready”

I take the blanket off the microphone, gain a lot of confidence in a few seconds, and then I’m ready. The beat goes on.
